Collaberative effort
We teamed up with the FTQ and Cogir to building this amazing complex. It starts with a two storey underground parking area for 200 cars. The ground floor consists of a major grocery chain and two other commercial tenants with a total occupied area of 36,729 s.f. The upper floors consist of 149 apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom units. The property is fully rented and gives an excellent cash flow.
From start to finish
The original site was used for light industrial on a lot of 67,725 s.f. fronting on Molson rd. We started with the demolishment of the existing structure, and the cleaning up of environmental issues.
