This was the original concept for the property. Before commencement a local Ottawa developer made us an offer that made sense to accept.
There were many complications pre-development. It was discovered that there was creek in the back part of the property that was home to an endangered turtle species. We worked with the city to find a plan that allowed construction while protecting the turtles habitat.
This was the final design worked on by our architects.
The plan is for two seperate structures allowing the maximum use of the land.
The location of this property made it the ideal site to development a mid rise apartment complex.
Zoning is for a multi-storey apartment complexe, which due to lot configuration is being done in two sections.
