Tavares, Florida hotel
Major development
Our firm has partnered with a local businessman to build a much needed hotel in the town of Tavares. All diligence has been concluded including the geotechnical engineering investigation and environmental assessments.
Plans have been submitted to the city for final approval
Lot
This well placed lot was acquired. It is centrally located near the town core and the lake.

One we purchased the lot the city was all on board for our hotel plan.

The Big House

The Tavares Pavillion on the Lake is located in Downtown Tavares and near our site. The 8,000 square foot facility features a 150-foot long, brick paved pier, ornate staircases, and glass wall overlooking the lake.

Mount Dora
The plans
We have acquired two adjacent lots, well located on US Highway 441. Plans are underway for a 6 floor hotel, golf driving range, Clubhouse and Conference center, pickleball courts and 185 residential units. Geotechnical Engineering Investigation and environmental assessments have been completed.
Highway view
This project is both ambitious and realistic. Again we are partnering with a local businessman.
