 The Beauce is an historical and traditional region located south of Quebec City. It is a dynamic and growing area. 

Located along a major route through an important town the site was acquired with a purpose and plan. Environmental assessments were completed.

With plans for a service station, restaurant, and two major tenants construction will begin shortly. Leases have been signed.
